Hey, I’m Laney, and I’m so glad you’re here!

I’ve spent nearly two decades honing my expertise in product development, but my passion for creation began long before that. As a kid, I was fascinated by gadgets and loved seeing inside things to see how they worked. My problem-solving journey started early, too. I was part of the Future Problem Solvers of America program, which shaped my ability to approach challenges from creative angles - skills I use every day in my work. My desire to support and work with entrepreneurs, like you, started early - growing up surrounded by ambitious, outside-the-box thinking, solution seekers.

I’ve served in many leadership roles including CEO and COO, worked with businesses of many sizes, and helped to build a multinational company from the ground up. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of business strategy, operations, and what it takes to turn an idea into a thriving business.

Curiosity, care, and creativity have been the guiding principles behind my career. Over the years leading product development, I’ve worked with manufacturers and factories across the globe.​ What drives me is a passion for creating high-quality, functional, and relatable products that provide solutions and build meaningful connections with people.
